I have done some research into acid foods (which should only make up 20% of your diet) and alkaline foods (which should be 80% of the food that we consume). If you suffer from ulcers and problems with your digestive system you will find this information effective beacuse if you suffer from these symptoms,as i have in the past avoid acidic food were possible.
