Grate paw paw (use blender attachment).
Simply mix all of the ingredients exept the paw paw until sugar is dissolved then add to paw paw and toss.
NUTS & SEEDS ROASTED
For 20 people, toast ½ cup of peanuts until almost done, then add 70 g of sesame seeds in the small wok or on a skillet without oil for approximately 2-3 minutes (keep an eye on them as they burn easily).
Serve in separate bowl.
