Red Cabbage with Vinagerette

The PFT has a vegetarian kitchen, in which main meals are prepared in 11/2 hours by two of the students. We always have a big green salad on the side, and combine a few recipes to make a whole meals. Here are some of the RECIPES we use.

CABBAGE with VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

Honey

2 teaspoons

Olive Oil

¼ cup

Mustard Seeds – ground in mortar & pestle

½ tsp

1 teaspoon

1½ tsp

2 teaspoons



Shred the cabbage


In a screw top jar, shake vinegar, honey & mustard seeds together until blended


Add oil and shake until thoroughly mixed


Add the vinaigrette mix
